The staff, especially Annie and Christian, went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. They provided personalized recommendations for places to eat and visit, which were delivered to our room. the room itself was spacious, clean, and had a unique design. the amenities provided, such as a sewing kit and bottled water, were unexpected but greatly appreciated. Despite being located slightly outside of the old town, it was only a short 10-15 minute walk to the center. the hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Cons: Not obvious to find. 📍.

The hotel had a lovely decoration, with beautiful flowers and cozy seating areas where I could relax and enjoy the ambiance. The general areas were well-maintained and clean. The hotel was also easily accessible for senior people, with clear signage and comfortable seating throughout.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to provide more assistance and support.

Spent christmas there. The breakfast and café was a nice touch. Good to know that the location wasn't bad and a lot of spots were within walking distance. I enjoyed the view from the room and the staff were helpful with some of our requests.
The renovation was a bit of a hassle. They tried to accommodate us by giving us a spa salon 10 mins away, but it wasn't really worth the money we spent.
