Our stay at Le Jardin Hotel & Spa was truly incredible! The value for money was exceptional, and our room was absolutely stunning. The location was perfect, with easy access to interesting places, and the staff treated us with utmost hospitality and kindness.

Hotel breakfast could use a wider coffee selection.

It was a particularly good and perfect location for us, next to easy to get to anywhere and both Old Quarter, West lake or many tourist spots and the old bridge. The staff was willing to help, good service from them.

They served a little limited breakfast, it can be much better.

There were climate control, a personal safe, and flat-screen TV in the room, appreciated that. Need to add that the city view was a good bonus. The location for Hanoi was comfy and ideal, so close to old quarter and Vietnam.

The staff, especially Annie and Christian, went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. They provided personalized recommendations for places to eat and visit, which were delivered to our room. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had a unique design. The amenities provided, such as a sewing kit and bottled water, were unexpected but greatly appreciated. Despite being located slightly outside of the old town, it was only a short 10-15 minute walk to the center. the hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The hotel had a lovely decoration, with beautiful flowers and cozy seating areas where I could relax and enjoy the ambiance. The general areas were well-maintained and clean. The hotel was also easily accessible for senior people, with clear signage and comfortable seating throughout.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to provide more assistance and support.

Spent christmas there. The breakfast and café was a nice touch. Good to know that the location wasn't bad and a lot of spots were within walking distance. I enjoyed the view from the room and the staff were helpful with some of our requests.

The renovation was a bit of a hassle. They tried to accommodate us by giving us a spa salon 10 mins away, but it wasn't really worth the money we spent.

This hotel is located near many attractions and has a friendly staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable with modern designs. The breakfast is delicious and comes with an excellent a la carte menu. The hotel also has a beautiful restaurant with a great view of the city, and a gym in a nearby hotel that guests can use.

The noise from the street can be bothersome for light sleepers.

Incredible attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel, from the lobby to the rooms, and a luxurious vanity. The welcome drink was a special touch. Super clean and highly recommended for everyone. Mrs Salem Xinh Xinh at the reception was the best; she communicated well and advised on airport departure.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to help me with everything from storing my misplaced belongings to providing me with a personalized list of recommended places to eat and visit in the city. The hotel facilities were great, including the beautiful restaurant and cafe. The cleanliness of the room was spotless, and it was very comfortable. I couldn't have been happier with the central location and the transportation options available. Plus, the breakfast was delicious!

Nothing not to love.

Spent my new year here and it was fabulous! The welcome drink was such a treat, and we appreciated how clean and modern the rooms were. The bed was extremely comfortable which helped with all the sightseeing we did. The complimentary breakfast had a great a la carte menu which was delicious and conveniently served us before we headed out for the day. The location was just right, it was quiet enough to enjoy some good sleep at night, yet not too far from the center to experience some night fun.

The street noise did bother us a bit, but we should have asked for a room further away from the road. labeling the food in the restaurant with allergens and vegetarian options would have been helpful.
